Hi there, Spys

I'd be interested to read your paper, but I'm afraid it won't be tonight because it's already half past midnight here, and I need to go to bed. But if you want some feedback tomorrow evening, please feel free.

As for the Irish (sweet?) potatoes: interesting, but probably not for me - I have quite a strong dislike for coconut. And the idea of mashed potato with sugar sounds rather strange too, but I guess it must work if you like them so much :-)

Take care

Mark

Sure, I'd like to read it, but like Mark, it will be tomorrow before I can. Grandmom's creation sounds good to me, I'm sure I would like it.

hey Peter... I'm not sure if this comment will go through. My blog was nuked along with my identity and the ability to comment at some blogs w/o an anonymous area... Sorry... But, if I can manage to post it, I'd like to see the draft... I won't be around tomorrow until very late (out of town) but will read it when I can, if you post it... luv, U.T.<3

Potato with cinnamon and coconut? Yeah - but they're deep friend aren't they? That's the no no!

But I think I'd love them coz I looooooove cinnamon toast with has sugar and butter but no coconut. But then we use coconut (and coconut milk in Thai curries particularly - but THAT's all calories as well!
