I well remember the dread... lol But, I also remember settling in to the routine and, not minding after a while, and, actually looking foward to certain days in school. So, I know you're going to be fine... I also remember my junior and senior years in high school being the best ones-- as you become an upperclassman, everything is easier... You are near the top of the feeding chain, kid!! lol

That whole 'driving into curbs' while sight- seeing is not peculiar to you, Peter! You need to be very careful and focused, steering that 1 1/2 ton machine around... And, I don't mean focused on the cute boys!! lol Leave that to other, more experienced drivers like me!! My personal favorite is wandering towards the fence down the end of my street, when the high school soccer tryouts start-- 2 days ago... lol I'll tell you, that's one lucky fence!! Bottom line- a cute boy is distracting, so, knowing that, you should a.] stop, and pretend to buckle your seatbelt while you check him out, or, b.] pull over and ask him if he needs a ride (not necessarily recommended because it's even more distracting to have him sitting next to you), or c.] use your martial arts skills of discipline and focus, and, refuse to look in his direction, even if his pants fall down...

I realize that none of these are perfect solutions, so, take an alternative approach, and, drive like an old lady (15 mph or slower), so that you can take everything in, and, even if you are heading for the curb, you have time to brake!! lol Good luck, kid!! luv, tman<3
