ok guys, so i know this will sound totaly hipocritical, but whne i said i had my last cig, i lied. not on purpose, but it happened that way. i said that when i still had a pack left. well i called my friend over to give him the pack, and he talked me into smoking one last one. he said hed quit too if i smoked one. so i did. then i gave him my pack, and he said hes give it to his friend. so that was my last one. i figured out its be hard to quit if i still had a pack left, so i got rid of it. i hope you guys arent disopointed, but im done for real this time.

no i gota pack to go to visit my sister at her college.

Peace!

hey, what did you think you had there?? A bag of 'Lays Potato Chips'?? lol (If I have to explain the joke, I'm dating myself!!)

No, Peter, I'm not disappointed... instead, I admire your honesty and hope that your fight will be successful!! Just one more thing tho-- it wasn't really a nice thing for your friend to ask you to do-- he really should have tried to help, w/o making you jump thru hoops for the help... You can tell him that I said that-- a friend doesn't do those things!! I'll be watching and hoping, kid!! luv, U.T.<3

Disappointed? Because a smoker had one last cig? HA!

But be careful of peer pressure like this. It's easy to backslide when your friends do things like this. I have to wonder what kind of friend he is.

But keep trying. Quitting is not easy. But if you really want to, you can!

Hi there, Spys

Sorry for not responding earlier.

I'm not disappointed with you: I know that quitting smoking can be really difficult, and many people have more than one attempt before they're successful.

I am disappointed with your friend: his decision to give up shouldn't depend on you, and he certainly shouldn't be asking you to go against your own decision.

So: best of luck with quitting. The longer you can keep from smoking, the more chance you have of breaking its hold on you permanently. I'm thinking of you!

*hugs*

Mark
