My mother reveales her true colors, again, when she's drunk. she met with my dad today for lunch because there not officialy devorced yet. the judge decided on somthing that neither of them liked.
for the story, you need some background. i live (mostly) with my mom in a house. its joint custidy i think, but i see my dad every tuesday and every other weekend. he lives in an appartment 30 minuets away.
my dad offered to live in the house with me. my mom said no. she said he just wanted to get out of paying for me. well the only reason she wants me is so my dad has to pay her. dont you feel the love in this family? im told im loved daily by my parents, but it just dosent feel like it sometimes. i might smoke a black and mild tonight. idk. not the whole thing. just a quarter. that wont break my attempt.
Peace

I'm sorry you are having these family problems. I wish every kid had a nice family life with a Mom and Dad who stayed together and everyone loved everyone else and they all lived happily ever after. Too many times these days it does not happen that way.
I'm impressed that you are told that you are loved daily. Hopefully it's true. Maybe you are loved by each parent but they don't love each other any longer.
Hang tough, Spys, try to make the best of things.
And quit that smoking!!!
Don't try to figure out what goes on in your parents' heads when they start arguing.... there's all kinds of hurt and frustration that comes out in bad ways when divorced people go at each other... They tend to say stupid things, just to hurt each other... Sometimes, they forget the kids around them, or think that they don't hear.... Dumb, but, it happens, all the time... I like to call it 'the dance'... Not a happy dance, or, a unique one either...
I doubt that the entire thing boils down to who will pay, more or less, but, i understand why you feel the way that you do... Try to ignore the nonsense, kid. It'll be a lot less stressful!! luv, tman<3
hey man, my parents divorced when I was about 13, so I can relate to what you're going through. Guess it's been about 8 years since then, and it's hard to think of it now, but I promise it does get better eventually.
My parents put us in the middle of arguments and into awkward positions all the time, but it's important to remember its THEIR issue, not yours. There's lots of background to what they're going through, and they do care about you.
If you ever need someone to talk to lemme know. Email is in my profile.
Brian, thanks i think they do love me, they just do things to mess it up all the time. and you'll be happy to know, i went out and took 3 puffs, then put it out.
Tman, your right, but im always thinking, and thats just a reacuring thought. ill try to ignor my parents more haha
Taylor, im glad somone can relate, but im sorry you had to go through this too. i may take you up on that email offer later. thanks
Peace
I am happy to know that. Next time, please skip the three puffs too. In addition to saving your health, you will also be saving money.
I want you to grow up healthy, safe, and happy.
